Palestine is one of the worst places in the world to be a worker. The military occupation and de facto annexation of the West Bank and blockade of Gaza massively undermine workers’ rights and the Palestinian economy.
On November 26th, at the webinar organised by the European Trade Union Network for Justice in Palestine (ETUN Palestine), leading Palestinian trade unionists and experts on workers’ rights held a discussion about the impact of Israel’s occupation and de facto annexation of Palestinian workers’ rights and gave testimonies about the current situation under COViD-19.
